LA CRESENT, L’ACADIE 50/50
Grown together, picked together, fermented together.
10+ year old vineyard in Chilliwack (Whispering Horse). Lots pressed separately, 5 and 8 days of skin maceration. Rested in neutral barrels for 8 months on heavy lees.
Candied apricot and lemon rind on the nose. Lemon sherbet with subtle tones of green pear and pink lady apple skin on the palate, subtle tropical tones.
Bright and lifted with a textured mid-palate, dry finish.
